Conditions Of Sale:  Your guide will make every effort to keep to the timetable and the itinerary. Mallee Tours reserves the right to change tour times and itineraries, without refund, due to abnormal extremes of weather, road closures, emergency incidents or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control, to ensure the safety of passengers. This includes, cultural, seasonal flooding, bush fires or bad weather conditions including excessive rain, heat or Extreme fire dangers. Where it is necessary for us to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. flood, fires, road closures, mechanical breakdowns etc.) a 30% cancellation fee will be applied. Any expenses incurred because of delay beyond our control shall not be our responsibility. We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of or to any property. We retain the right to remove any person from the tour where the safety or comfort of other passengers is at risk.
